Anna Marx has extensive experience advising nonprofits, emerging-growth companies, and mature technology companies on diverse legal matters including entity formation, governance, financing, tax exemption, compliance, and technology transactions. She has worked at top global law firms including Cooley LLP and Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Anna Marx is passionate about providing her clients with expert legal counsel at accessible rates.
She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and also holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy.
